My son and I went out to eastern Wyoming south of Gillett and I scored on a 16" goat in two days, My son got a doe with 4" horns the first day. It is very easy to do. Just contact Wyoming fish and Game and ask for maps BLM and other public land. We hunted in the Thunder basin area-camped right where we hunted.
You have to draw a tag but it really isn't too difficult to do.
