Thanks for the comments. I have all flavors of locktite. I didn' t suggest the Blue before because I have had it come apart under even moderate heat. I worried that the receiver would heat up and that would be it.

So, no locktite on the ring screws? Those are the ones that usually come loose on me? Should I use rubber cement on them to keep them from vibrating loose?

Is there a torque spec for the receiver screws or ring screws, or should I just use the standard thred-based values. (Gotta look them up in the handbook...)
