I don't know how you folks can take good venison and ruin it by turning it into jerky.[&:][&:] All mine this year is steaks, tenderloins and stew meat. I have a few packages I'm taking up to get made into some breakfast sausage. Two deer is more than enough for me all by myself.
so if you shot a 3rd, cut it up for jerky ...... you obviously aren't a fan, David?
