It attaches to the up cable so any adjustments made to your bow will not have any affect on the rest.

Atleast you won't have to do any more than you should do with any rest.When poundage is adjusted,tiller must be maintained exactly or it will change the tune of the bow(with any rest) and one should recheck when making such adjustment.
