Man, there is nothing like seeing your buddy get his 1st deer. The look one of my buddies had when he got his first doe was priceless, the look on his face when he started gutting it was beyond priceless! It took him about 5 minutes to actually "Dive in" and start gutting it! Our 3rd (of 3)buddy of our hunting crew thatwe hunted withnever got a deer, missed one though. He passed away at 28 a few years back, I'd give every deer Ive ever shot to have seen him take one before he died. He put a lot of effort in but never got one. Still hurts to this day that I couldn't get him on a deer. Congrats to you and your buddy, hopefully its the first of many to come!!
