Somebody better tell him it's not legal to pin the license to the deers ear like that.
He's legal. Look closely. His tag is detached from the license and being held to the ear by the license holder pin. It's mostly behind the license but it's there. Perfectly legal. I have seen guys pin the whole license to a deer without detaching the tag which is NOT legal.
