I killed two deer this year with the LD, one with a WB. All 3 were kills adn recoveries. I stalked up on the doe I killed with the LD. She was in a grass field, and i dont mean grass, I mean 10ft tall brush/ horseweed stuff, and I never had a problem using the LD with 0 containment. You just have to make a concious effort to keep a finger on the arrow when you bending and weaving through the brush and its fine.

I think the Hostage pro seems like a sturdy design, the brush thing kills it though. The mixed results with it give it a bad rep. Some people hate it, some love it. I like the idea, it just doesnt seem to pull off what its supposed to "easily"
