How is it that a punishment in all other sports is now a sport? There is many things that are called sports but really arnt.... Hince, Rifle Team...Just accept it for what it is.
ok bowtech can you even run a 8 minute mile or even a 7 minute mile? probably not. now try running 3.1 miles and going at a 5:30 mile pace, that is almost 15 mph and running 15 mph for 16-17 minutes isnt exactly "easy" every meet there were people all over passing out and getting on ambulances and blowing out knees etc etc..................you could do cross country
