Wasn' t there someone here last year that used a spear? I remember a thread something about using spears...

regardless...that' s pretty cool. It' s gotta be satisfying when you get one, that' s for sure!

I have a a story sitting around somewhere which i believe i cut from the pages of Out Door Life magazine about a doctor in louisiana that killed a i believe a 10 point buck with a 14' spear and he bragged about it all over town but the game wardens got wind of it but had no name to go with the story until he sent his picture into the local news paper where he got into some trouble because theres no sper season so he was using an illegal weapon and he also used his dogs to help track it after he speared it so they also got him for using dogs out of season it was a short little story but a good one that being why i cut it out and saved it
