I'm curious as to all the guys that are bow only, don't get the rush of gun kills, feel ashamed of killing deer with a gun anymore and want nothing to do with gun hunting actually sold their guns????? Be honest....
Joe, I'm ok with being associated with all of your post that I quoted above except the "ashamed" part. When I was giving my account, I stated that I didn't so much feel ashamed, but just moreso thatthe rushwasn't the same anymore. If I'm gonna take one of God's creatures, I am going to elect to use the method that brings me most joy. For me, and until a new hunting revelation happens to me, it will be with my compound bow. Hey, for all I know, you have been introduced into my life yet to lend way to my final destination of the longbow!
And actually, I have been seriously thinking about selling my guns. All they're doing is collecting dust and probably rust too.
