Sitting here readingon the forum itoccured to me since Thanksgiving had just recently passed...
I live in the greatest nation in all of the world. Every morning, I wake up to the dreaded but welcome sound of the alarm clock instead of the dreaded and unwelcome sound of bombs dropping overhead. There are no soldiers going door to door. Nobody forces me to believe in a certain god. There is no curfew. I can spend my hard earned money however I see fit. My children can play in the yard without fear they will be stolen and sold to human trafficking.
Pertinent toour congregation, I can pick up my bow, grab my stand, andchoose any tree in the forest I want to freeze my butt off in. And I owe it all to our men and women of service. Take a second and think again about the sacrifices made so you and I can pretend we are monkeys.
Much love, respect, gratitude, and admiration!!!
