RE: Rye Grain
Here in Montana we have a short growing season. Most of our rain shows up in May and June. If I planted rye in June can I clip it in July or August to keep in green and still growing? If I planted it in Sept I don't know if there will be enough moisture to get it off to a good start before winter.
