I use those 7 hour hand warmers that come sealed in a package. Take them out of the pack and the air causes them to get warm. I put them in my pockets and my hands stay toasty. I can even hold it in my hand while holding my bow and then the bow doesn't cause my hand to freeze. You could also put them in the fleece hand warmer I suppose.
