RE: Pro Hunter 270
I say get two different rifles for nearly the same money. As far as 270 accuracy goes, my a-bolt shoots .5" groups on good days and .75" groups on bad days at 102 yds. And that is with factory 130g interbond hornady light mag ammo, not even handloads. I have a cousin that just bought a tikka t-3 270 this year that shootsnearly thatwell with thefederal premium 130g ballistic tips. Its not the caliber that matters, its either the rifle or the shooter.I haven't heard anything great about the accuracy of the encore or the prohunter. Most I've seen did shoot well enough for most hunting, 1.25-1.75 moa.
