Have not had abang flop on deer or hogs this year with the muzzleloader. None of them got away:but. It started out bad in February when i gutshot a hog at about 120 yards.The three deer i have killed this fall were non-bang flops due to improper bullet placement in two cases. The other deer was hit exactly right but the range was long and he took a few minutes to expire.

Have killed about a dozen hogs this year witha .30-06, a .223 and a .22 magnum. Mostof them have bang flopped.

i elk hunt next weekend and can only hope that things go much better. Trying to dragan elk is a totally different deal.
