Default I traded-up (I think)....

Hey everyone,
Well yesterday, my dad and I traded deer rifles. I had a Ruger M77 MkII in .270 caliber with an aftermarket adjustable trigger while he recently purchased a CZ-550 in 30-.06 caliber.A few weeks ago we were both at the range (he was doing initial sight in on his rifle while I was testing out my new trigger) and I had a chance to shoot his rifle.I immediately fell in love with CZ, the single-set trigger makes it fantastically accurate and being a little heavier rifle (it weights 8 lbs w/o the scope), it actually kicks aless than my ruger. After hunting 2 weekends ago, dad found out he really didn't like the CZ, it was a little unwieldy for still hunting in the brush (it has a 23.8" barrel and a little longer stock than my ruger). So yesterday, we decided to trade rifles and swapped our scopes (he has a 2-7 x33 leupold VX-1 while I have an older3-9x40 leupold Vari-X II). I'm a little sad because I've had my Ruger for 8 years and have taken about a dozen deer with it but I'm pretty confident the trade is a good one. I don't mind a little heavier rifle (I primarly hunt from treestands) and I plan on hunting elk in a few years and IMO the .06 is a better caliber for elk hunting. What does everyone think? Has anyone triedCZ rifles? I absolutelylove the single-set trigger and I knew immediately, afterI fired the first shot, this rifle was something special.
