Here in Indiana you cannot hunt from the road and you must be 50yds off the road as well.
Not entirely correct, there is no distance requirement, but you can't hunt from any motorized conveyance without a disabled permit. Shooting from a vehicle on a public road is prohibited with or without a diabled permit. Straight from a CO.
