I harvested this deer with my bow, I seen him coming across a crp field in my field glasses. I seen the direction he was traveling, got ahead of him and climbed up a small tree. I dont use any cover scent or tree stands, never even hunt scrapes. I try take deer in their natural travel patterns, they are less wary and thinking about getting to their bedding areas. This isn't the buck I was hunting but he gave me to good of an oppertunity.
