So far the only deer I have killed with a trad bow is one hit by a car. It had been hit about 12 hours prior and had flopped around on the road (you could see the blood up and down the road.)
I found him because a guy that lived nearby saw him the night before when he headed to work. He came down to check on him the next morning. I heading to hunt and saw the guy sitting there. I checked to make sure the guy was ok thinking he had hit him. He had called the police. I waited a while and then put a snuffer through him. He broke my arrowbuthe wasn't suffering anymore.

The police officer warned me not to do itagain and to wait for them next time.I thought he had suffered enoughbutsince I have waited or used a knife. Yes I've found two others,...well one I hit myself.
