I shoot Brenekes out of my Mossberg 500 12. This would depend on what best shoots out of your barell though. I have an original mossberg 500 rifled, ported slug barell on my Mossberg. Not a Hastings or other mfgd barell. It has fiberoptic sights as well. If youre running smooth bore I recomend the ferderal 3 Inch mag sabot,if you can handle them.
Just curious, but why would you recommend sabot slugs out of a smoothbore? You are paying for something that is not being utilized. The sabots around the slug works with the rifling in the barrel to make it more accurate...
Why not the Federal rifled slugs?
