i have a few bow questions
1. since my current arrows are falling apart i was wondereing if i get new ones then can i still use them if i get a an entire new bow in the next year or two

No seriously, there is no way of knowing if the hypothitical unknown arrow you buy tomorrow is going to fit the hypothetical unknown bow of 2011. I'm sure you could make the bow match the arrow... but its usually better to do it the other way around.
You need to solicit the services of a pro-shop.
