Default RE: Accuracy ? - Triumph vs. Pro Hunter

I started w/ a Wolf and got hooked on this type of hunting. It changed the way I shoot and set up a hunt. I wanted something a little better , not that anything is wrong w/ the Wolf, I still hunt w/it in brush areas or long walks in woods.
I hefted the Omega, Triumph and Pro Hunter. Endeavor wasn't out yet.
Omega felt pretty good but i kept hearing it was going to be replaced by the Triumph. I did not want a discontinued gun.

Triumph - I am 6'4" and that gun did not feel right. The neck on the stock was uncomforatable for me. Nice looking and what I was going for originally. I just did not like the feel when I held it.

Pro Hunter- I got the thumb hole SS and am very pleased. 1/4 twist on the breach plug to remove. Cleaning is easy and I am very please w/ accuracy. I do better than 2 imches at 100 yards and ifa good day I can do 1inch at 100 yards. It is me, not the gun. I am shooting all kinds of powders and loads out of it and having a blast. I have not bought another barrel yet, but plan on doinfg so in 2009. More for a varmint than deer gun.

I think that most all the guns in the hands of a competent shooter will performflawlessly. I am not a bench shooter, but shoot from a bench. I like shooting well, but am no hole in a hole shooter. Good Luck.
