I always try and practice shooting with my layers on to see what kind of adjusting i might need to deal with. i try and make sure that my string wont slap my jacket or catch my zipper or anything. I definately cant shoot without being warm though so you have to figure out how to shoot with the bulk. it sucks and thats why i favor hunting while its warmer so much more.
