Walmart carries the Moultrie Gamespy 4.0 (D40 I think ) Its not a bad camera. And for 99 bucks its a good start. I think you'll be happy with it. It takes video and/or stills.

From the little I have used mine placement is 99% of it. You have to have an opening or a trail and aim it down the opening. Bait if you want. I don't and have had alot of pretty nice video.

I think its you best bet for your price range. Plus you can just go get one a walmart
