and the light is a very very light gun....Most of the light ones i have seen have stainless barrels, but that might just be my local dealer.

Both are SOLID firearms that boast sub MOA accuracy right out of the box. I have a hard time looking at alot of these new guns with their beautiful finishes and wonder how i could take them out in the woods or in the rain...The Tikka T3 Hunter is alot more no frills and doesnt strike me like that.

I would not hesitate to buy or own either gun...Id go pick one up and see how it feels. I know i want one in 300wsm or 300win mag.
