Default RE: leasing land

How much to pay? It all depends on how many acres, deer #' s, and type of land.

A friend of mine and his dad lease 320 acres of prime river bottom farm land for 500.00 per year. It is usually planted in wheat and milo by the owner. It also has several oak woodlots on it and some open pasture.

They are able to hunt year round for, deer, turkey, quail, rabbit, and squirrel. For them it is worth the money.
