Hell yalls draw sounds better than ours! Our draws require a $50 deposit to SCDNR by October 24 befor the season. You can choose your dates, and the wma's you prefer, but the pickier you get, the less likely youll be drawn. Our spots are surprisingly good: the lowest duck/hunter average is 2.8, while the highest duck/hunter average is 5.6! You'll get some surprising species on draw hunts: wigeon, ruddy ducks, even the occasional oldsquaw. But the one duck everyone hopes for is a Pintail. I didn't get to put in an application this year... thats ok though. I know where the pintails are at! I don't need no friggin' draw hunt!!!
