I'll tell you a story about set triggers w/a hawken. Long time ago bout 15yrs, maybe more. 2nd wk of deer season here in mi. Sat morn, bout 15dg nice buck came out, bout 75yds. Set the trigger on my hawken .50, 260 knight sabot, leadhp. Squized of,"early", Wool gloves, Stood him up as far as he could stretch, flopped him over backwards!! There he was, flopping around, he worked his way to the fence row. There I was trying to get another load down the bbl. when I finally got loaded he was stumbling away, couldn't catch up w/him. Heard 3 shot6s,neighbor filled him full of slugs and had his tag on him when I got there. That was the end of that relationship!! Fill in the rest. More lead, whack'em hard! Took me 10yrs!, payback is a b@#%&h!!
