Never mind, you said you aren't hunting. You won't have many issues with a Horton. Ten points are supposed to be really nice, but I've never shot one and excals are supposed to be top of the line. You really won't be out much with the Horton though. Depends on what you want to spend, too. You can get into some serious money if you want to get top-of-the-line with Strykers, Ten Points, Excals, even Horton has the new recon for like $1300. Price is always an issue for me but I don't like to buy crap.
