Clinton had a Democrat house and senate until 1995.
Obama will be coming into office with more power than Clinton ever had and people will be easily swayed into supporting the things he endorses because of the way he will present it to the public. Clinton also spent much time with his pants around his ankles in the oval office whereas Obama will be strongly focused on getting his agendas in the works.
