Ever Cleaned Barrel This Way
At a gun shop about a month ago I talked to a guy I had never met and he said when he cleans his muzzleloader after shooting he uses a range rod and hooks a cordless drill to it.He then uses bore swabs with cleaning solvent and runs them down through the bore using the drill rotation on range rod and said he can completely clean inside of barrel in about 2 minutes.He said he then washes off bore swabs to be used again later.Sounded interesting but I have never done it and wondered what are your thoughts own this method.Does sound promising though if it works.
