Has anyone tried a Nikon Prostaff BDC scope on muzzleloader or are they just for center fire calibers? I know the Nikon Omega BDC scopes are made for muzzleloaders but are quite a bit more expensive.
I have the Prostaff BDC on my Optima and have been very pleased. I use a 300g slug and 90g of powder. Past 100 yards the slug drops a little faster. Zeroed at 100 yards the first dot gets me to around 140. thats all the further I need here in Indiana. This will be its 2nd season and it has held up well on a muzzleloader.
