The main rail is thicker and has more bracing and for a big guy it' s more comfortable. I' m 290 lbs and my viper collapsed with me last year. I sent it to summit and they gave me the goliath. I have a lot more confidence in the goliath. At your weight, I' d think either tree stand would be fine and comfortable.
