In Texas, I can take three. It is determined by county on how many I can take in a particular county though. I hunt in two different counties. One is a one buck county and one a two buck county. There are also three buck counties out there too. In the county where it is two buck, I am allowed to shoot one that must have at least one unbrached antler and the other must have an inside spread of at least 13 inches. In the one buck county, there are no restrictions.
