Hey, man. I'm in Georgia too...Hawkinsville (middle ga). Anyhow, you can still plant a few things. The easiest would be a mix of oats and rye. (The rye will actually help the oats) We use the Pennington mix. It stays green and succulent until Spring when it gets tall and turkeys love it. You might also look into some brassicas if you have the soil for it. I'd say go with oats...plant soon though.
