Oh definately. I have a dozen gold tips left I hunt with but do not like the sound they make in the quiver and not impressed with performance. I know carbons are supposed to be good but I have tried several brands and these are by far the best I have tried just dont likem. I am hunting with left hand helical fletch and mangus 125 gr. heads. I wish the heads were heavier just could not find any heavier around here locally.
