LOL - nothing quick and easy about it. Not too hard though...just takes time and patience. Some advice....NEVER do it inside, and NEVER use bleach on it. Def try to keep the antlers out, I even wrap mine in aluminum foil when doing it. It helps. Have fun...

Edit: I forgot to say....I use a chemical in my boil called Sal Soda that I got from a taxidermist years ago. I put in about a cup in the pot....helps speed the process up for sure. Some folks say Baking Soda works similarly, (I've never tried it) since I have a 5lb bag of Sal Soda. Just boiling with water will take ALOT longer, I've done it. The longer you boil the less stable the skull will be as well.
