centxrecurve, yes it is important to use the appropriate wind feather for the single bevel broadhead. Helps the arrow spin and straighten out quickly. I would reccomend,for hunting this year to use the arrows you already had made. Then when not harvesting game, go ahead and make your own. There are millions of things that you can do to make and decorate an arrow. Typically, a person will make a few dozen before really get the knack and get it down all the way. It is a blast, very relaxing and rewarding, one of the things I love doing at the end of the season, is to sit inside and fletch up shafts and watch television.
