Default Wooden Arrows

I have decided to start making my own Popular or port oxfor cedar arrows. I have always used left hand helical fletch. I have one question though. I am using grizzly broadheads on my new arrows and I read somewhere that a right hand helical is recomended with them. Also what is the difference between right wing and left wing feathers? I honesty have always had my arrows fletched by someone else just to my standards. Also I am going with 23/64 shafts. I love traditional hunting but I know there is vast more experience on this forum.
