Short range, maybe 30 yards. I almost fell out when I saw where I hit him. Like I said, the good Lord blessed me yesterday. And, to top it off, right after I shot the deer I left for my sons little league championship football game which they won. The day couldn't have been better! But, serious range session before I go out again.
