I use the Stoney Point rapid bi-pod. It clicks on and off and swivels and is really nice. I have one for prone and one for sitting/kneeling and they interchange perfectly. The only drawback is the little nub that the bi-pod clicks on and off of the rifle kind of digs into you back when carrying it sometimes but that is partly because I'm tall and the sling that I have don't adjust far enough. Of course the little nub probably isn't near as bad as if the entire bi-pod was attached to it.
