Pup: You would be hard pressed to find a better over all bow than the pro 38. I currently shoot the Pro 38 and it is as forgiving a bow as my Mathews Rival pro. I also get good speed out of it 290 fps with a 28.25" draw (64lbs/327gr. arrow). I shoot the bow right off the riser (ripped the wooden grip off) and the grip is nice and narrow and defined. I have hardly any left or right misses with the bow. This weekend at erie it was smoking for me (407 with 22 11" s) in the mbo class. The only nock on the bow would be it' s radical draw cyle, which causes me to pop off my rest on occasion. good luck Bill
