I turkey hunt in Hoosier National forest near bristow, found a prettys sweet skull with a nice set of horns too. Ive been wanting to get up there and deer hunt but havent found the time, and my honey hole hearin vand. county has been showing good sign.
Bristow is my hometown. Did you look in my profile to see where I lived? lol. Bristow is like ground zero for big bucks around here, and you can see some real nice booners within like 15 miles all around. There are several booners living within a mile of me, I would LOVE to get the big one I saw a few years ago. It was unreal. Ive got a 187 inch nontypicalrack here, and thebuck I saw a few years back makes this one look small. It belonged in the King of bucks trailer. No joke! It had no less than a 30 inch spread and itsmain beams were as big around as a 20 oz soda bottle. And about a 300-350 lb body to go with it. I only saw him once though.1 mile from my house. He might still be alive, and he might not.
