i know everyone says the liver shot isnt a great shot, but i have seen it be deadly. I made 2 bad shots on deer with my bow, both were hit in the liver both fell within 30 yds in sight.
i took a doe earlier this year with a slight quartering too, hit both lungs and liver, talk about a blood trail.
