Down in KY we cant hunt at night so I dont know about that.The main thing to consider would be the wind direction,a coyote is most likely to approach from down wind.Here I like to set up around the woods edges to try to get old wiley to step out to check out the sound,by using the wind to force him to the edge and give me a shot.I have always heard that a red lense is best to keep from spooking them,let us know if you score and GOOD HUNTING!!
