You didn't have to, because what you were referring to is typically called a summer feeding pattern. At least thats what I and everyone I know has always called it.
Then I worded it incorrectly.....as I was referring to just a "feeding pattern" (not necessarily "summer".....but on their normal feeding pattern between the preferred food source and their beds. Read....NOT seeking).
