They are heavy, make your bow unbalanced, andcan make your bow shoot differently than without it on due to canting or rotational torque that occurs when that weight is shifted at the shot..........so if you practice in the offseason with it OFF does it make any sense to hunt with it on?

There is no worse piece of equipment to leave on a bow IMO than a big fat fully loaded quiver. I hate them.[:'(]

But hey if it works for you.........
