Had a faint blood trail for about 70 yard then nothing. He circled around to where he came from ,so the deer I spooked getting out of my stand was most likely him. After I lost the trail I zig-zaged through the woods ,still no sign. I knew there was a small clear cut 50yards wide by 100yrds long but thick, so before I went home I walked thru the thick stuff. I found a small area of blood but did'nt see any more. So I finished walking the thicket and decided to check one more time around that last blood. I found a few more drops and there he was. I must have walked 20 feet from him and never saw him. Go's to show that precistance pays off, never give up
