I don't shoot a Hoyt now, but have had a few in the past. They make a great bow no doubt, I just like my Tribute a bit better. As far as them going out of business....I don't think that will not happen anytime soon, and if it ever did, the archery world would be losing one of there top innovators in the sport. Just my .02
