I'd like to think they are solid, and I hope they are. Hoyt is a great company, imo.

HOWEVER....none ofus knows thier true position most likely, so never say never. Just ask the Lehman or Bear Stearns employees and investors....they both folded up like a lawnchair pretty darn quick. In Bear's case they HAD $8 billion in cash on hand at the time they went down, hard to believe. Nothing suprises me anymore.
